60 Minute On-Line Moving Into Meditation Class hosted by Columbia City Yoga
In the Moving Into Meditation class, we use basic yoga postures and somatic movement to prepare the body for meditation. Feeling breathing and body sensations focus awareness. In calm awareness we open ourselves to stillness.
Each class will include basic instructions, guided meditation, some walking meditation and time for sharing and Q & A.
When practiced regularly, meditation can help us to become calmer, clearer and more open in our daily lives. No prior experience of yoga or meditation is necessary, and we welcome those with an established practice to join us. We learn from each other!
